Julie Rosenbluth, M.P.H., CHES is the Director, Adolescent Programs and Training for the Children of Alcoholics Foundation (COAF) and the American Council for Drug Education (ACDE), the prevention affiliates of Phoenix House. She has a long-standing interest in the needs of vulnerable children and families, and has extensive experience developing education programs and curriculum for adolescents and young adults and children of substance abusers. In addition, Julie conducts trainings and workshops on these issues to professional and lay person audiences. Her current interests include work with the child welfare system, alcohol and other drug issues on college campuses, as well as the transitional issues of college bound high school students. Julie has published in several trade publications and has appeared on both national and local TV as an expert speaker.
