Stress Management Resource: Less Stress Counseling Ball

Help kids of all ages turn everyday tension into fun-filled play! Just throw the ball to another player who then reads the statement nearest his/or her right thumb. As they read and respond to statements such as “Take 5 deep breaths” and “Name 3 causes of stress,” participants will identify sources of stress and practice ways to manage it. Great for classrooms, group counseling, and home, you can toss this ball for just a few minutes and instantly get kids (and adults) talking and learning about stress management. To find out how to purchase this unique tool for educating students and staff on how they can better cope with stress, click here!
